Join us in June for National Great Outdoors Month! Have we got an entire month of exciting adventures and service projects in store for you, so make sure to mark your calendars and get ready to get outdoors!

June 4 – National Trail Day – Come do a service project and interpretive hike at Camp Skyland Ranch with us this day! Open to the public. Please RSVP to camp@gssgc.org.

June 11th – National Get Outdoors Day – “GO! Day” wouldn’t be complete without a guided hike with a naturalist at Skyland Ranch! Join us!

Open to the public. We apologize but our June 11th event unfortunately had to be canceled. However, we encourage all of you to find a park near you and hit the trails! You can find plenty of fun trail adventures right here on AllTrails!

June 18th – Camp Open House – We’re opening the doors this day at both Camp Azalea Trails & Camp Skyland Ranch! Bring a friend and your whole family for a fun day at camp. Open to the public. Please RSVP to camp@gssgc.org. Azalea Trails Open House is from 10am-1pm. Skyland Ranch Open House is from 12pm-3pm. See you there!

June 20th – First Day of Summer Camp – That’s right, session 1 at Camp Azalea Trails kicks off with “Camp Chef & Night Owls” for grades 2-12. Or if you love horsing around, join us at Camp Skyland Ranch for session 1 of “Horse Camp!” Both camps run June 20-24. Remember, a $50 deposit holds your spot for all camp sessions!

June 25th – Great American Campout – Girl Scouts bring your favorite “gal” to this fun weekend camp (“My Favorite Gal” June 24-26)!

We encourage ALL TROOPS to campout this weekend, too. Pitch a tent at the beach, your local camp grounds or just your best friend’s backyard to be a part of the Great American Campout! Remember, a $50 deposit holds your spot for all camp sessions!
