GIRL SCOUTING: 10-year old Ellie visits Fort Irwin to treat soldiers to some I Care Girl Scout cookies!

Our very own 10-year old Ellie, a Girl Scout Cadette of Troop 838, has raised nearly $1,000 in donations for the I CARE program. She delivered cookies to the soldiers on April 22 and the Ft.
