Perhaps another Gold Award project in the making?
As Girl Scouts, we have a very personal relationship with Mother Earth. Camping and outdoors programs have been at the heart of Girl Scouting for over 100 years, just as our founder Juliette Gordon Low wished. Whether we’re learning about endangered wildlife, developing creative recycling projects, or working towards earned grade-level awards, all of us are focused on caring, conserving, and being responsible (leave no trace, after all) earth dwellers. Only we can ensure the safety of our planet for future generations.
This info graphic is a great reminder of how pollution in one area of the environment can easily transfer into another.
