Nearly 600 people gathered at the Riverside Auditorium and Event Center on Sunday afternoon, April 27, to honor our girls who have earned one of Girl Scouting’s highest awards: the Silver or Gold Award.

This year, 137 girls earned the Silver Award and 20 girls took home Gold. All the recipients honored were from San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio Council CEO Cynthia Breunig; GSSGC Board Members Richard Aquino, Cynthia Paulo, Charolette Barnes-LeBlanc, Hardy Brown, Raul Garcia, Mary Perry, Beth Sari and Irene N. Rodriguez; GSSGC Board Chair Debbie Gradias; and a representative from Senator Mike Morrell’s office were present to congratulate the recipients in person. Way to go girls! We are very, very proud of you.
